To request permission codes, complete the permission code request form below. Distribution of codes will occur near the open enrollment date for the term. These forms do not enroll you in the course, and you are not guaranteed a permission code for completing a request.

- Permission codes are single-use only. Do not share your code.
Students who have declared in Special Education (SP ED) or Urban Institute for Teacher Education (UITE) programs and will be student teaching the following academic year will get priority registration.
