Special Ed Permission Code Request Forms
To request permission codes, complete the permission code request form below. Distribution of codes will occur near the open enrollment date for the term. These forms do not enroll you in the course, and you are not guaranteed a permission code for completing a request.
The SP ED core classes (2011/5011, 2012/5012, 5021/6021, 5022/6022, 5030/6030, 5040/6040, 5054/6054) will no longer require permission codes moving forward. Registration will be first come. If students are not able to register for any of these classes before they reach capacity, they will be able to add themselves to the waitlist.
